Welcome to the New Hire enrollment period!
The New Hire enrollment period gives you the opportunity to make benefit election changes for 60 days from the date of hire.
Your benefits will be effective the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
During the New Hire enrollment period you can:
- Add or opt out of health plan coverage
- Choose your new plan options
- Enroll eligible family members in your plans
Please review your options and costs carefully. Once the enrollment period has ended your choices will be final until the next enrollment period or until you have a qualifying life event.

How To Enroll
Medical/Dental/Vision:
After 30 days of employment, you will receive a New Hire Event notification from ADP to your registered email. This notification will include detailed information about your benefits plans and allow you to review,
- select, or waive your benefits.
Auto, Home, and Pet Insurance:
- InsurChoice: enrollment is completed at https://digital.nfp.com/pc/Nassau_IC_MP
AFLAC:
- Completed through our designated AFLAC Representative
